    3. Photographs showing:
      1. Views from suite entry towards the inside of the space and from the inside to what is seen upon exiting.
      2. Views inside suite to the right and the left of the entry.
      3. Views of entry and exit to the kitchen/staff lounge and shots showing the entire space.
      4. Views to entry and exit of the doctor/owner of practice
      5. Views of what is located in the center of the suite
      6. Views of the seating area and reception station from the door
      7. Views showing want the receptionist sees from inside the station out.
      8. View of what people see upon entering the treatment area.
      9. View upon entering the back door if this is used for frequent access by anyone.

      4. Views from the entry towards the inside of the space AND from the inside to what is seen upon exiting.
      5. Views inside the space to the right and the left of the entry.
      6. View of sleep area.
      7. View from the bed.
      8. View of study area.
      9. Views of favorite posters, accessories and furnishings.
    3. Pre-consultation form to clarify intentions.
    4. A 15 minute-phone communication directly with Mary Roberts and a 15 minute follow-up phone call (can be done using Skype or web conferencing).

    1. One to two page written report with suggestions for furniture rearrangement, color schemes, posters and furnishings and other relevant ideas.
    2. One e-mailed communication.

More information:

Actual site visits for further design issues, project coordination, review, products, purchase of goods, installation and follow up will be priced by the square footage, or hourly, but under a separate contract and with consideration to the specifics requirements of the project, the location, the time involved and travel requirements.
