Lidia Scher

Lidia Scher manages and operates LAS ASSOCIATES. She is an award-winning interior designer, sculptor and Feng Shui expert who has earned a bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in sculpture and architectural design from the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and holds a Master of Art degree from the Massachusetts College of Art. She further completed all course work and research toward a doctoral dissertation in art at the University of Massachusetts. In addition Lidia has studied professional level training in Feng Shui with Stephen Devine, is a disciple of Grandmaster Professor Lin Yun, and holds a certificate of Advanced Feng Shui Studies from China Studies, Nevada City, CA and Shanghai, China.

Besides being the recipient of numerous sculpture and interior design awards, Lidia is a much sought after speaker who teaches at DeCordova museum, and has taught at the University of Massachusetts, and Newbury College. She is also the author of several articles on Feng Shui, art education and interior design.

Pauline Doody
Interior Designer

Anative of Gloucester, Massachusetts, Pauline Doody is an Interior Design industry pro. She graduated from Becker College in 1984 in Interior Design and from The Boston School of Feng Shui in 2005 as a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner. For over 18 years, Pauline has worked in many settings from small residential design studios to large corporate and residential furniture and interiors companies. Working closely both with clients and vendors, Pauline has a keen understanding of products, trends and space planning. Her mission is to listen to clients’ design and budgetary challenges and focus on creating a beautiful and harmonious space that offers the best solution to her clients’ needs and desires. Amongst Pauline's outstanding skill set, she brings a specialty in Custom Window Treatments; Color Consultations, Home Staging and Feng Shui.

Jamie Bland

Jamie Bland brings an extensive amount of knowledge from her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University in Boston Massachusetts. We were also lucky that she worked with us for 2 terms as an intern before graduation, so Jamie knows the company well and is familiar with our philosophy, our clients and their needs.

Her work is focused on interior and architectural design projects from concept development to floor plans, elevations and 3-D renderings for residential and commercial spaces. She is available for client interface, material selection and interior consultations, including short term technical assistance to other professionals, especially to create tri-dimensional renderings from floor plans. Her uncanny attention to detail and dedication coupled with superior skills makes Jamie a tremendous asset to the company and our clients.
